Job description

  • Project finance loan administration relating to infrastructure project (such as power plant, oil and/or refinery)
  • Analyze project's financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
  • Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy.
  • Compute payment schedules.
  • Handle arise problems and take appropriate action to resolve them.
  • Confer with investors to aid in resolving mortgage application problems.
  • Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks in order to locate prospects for loans.
  • Able to deal with (a) local Vietnam government agencies e.g. State Bank of Vietnam, tax office etc; (b) local banks and understand the local banking system. 
  • This position is main office based in Hanoi or business trip when required . 

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience at similar position, working with Big 4 companies is preferred
  • College Degree in business administration, commerce, finance and accounting, with strong finance/accounting knowledge;
  • Highly organized and ability to multitask;
  • Capable and have experience in building or running financial model;
  • Must be computer literate with good advance skill in excel and powerpoint, and knowledge of [accounting software that the project adopts, e.g. SAP];
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese by both written and oral
